Shipping Policy
We ship physical products—including books and celebration kits—within 1–2 business days of your order. All items are shipped via USPS with tracking included, and you’ll receive tracking information via email once it’s on the way.
We do ship internationally.
Shipping and sales tax are calculated at checkout to keep our base product prices affordable.
Book Readings & Lecture Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a $50 non-refundable fee, as preparation and travel arrangements will already be in place.
At this time, we do not offer late rescheduling due to limited availability.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
Physical Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
Digital Downloads: All digital items are final sale.
Book Readings & Services: Refer to the cancellation policy above.
Seasonal or limited-edition products may be final sale and will be clearly marked.
